The next Session will be from March to early June.
If you are struggling with the death of a loved one, you are invited to attend GriefShare, a program designed to provide information, support, and prayer during the painful process of grief. Each GriefShare class includes a short video presentation featuring top experts in grief recovery, followed by small group discussion. This is an opportunity to be cared for by people who understand what you're going through and can offer valuable help at a difficult time.
Each GriefShare class has two distinct elements:
A Seminar with Experts - during the first part of the meeting, the GriefShare group watches a DVD seminar featuring top experts and topics on how to walk through grief in a healthy manner. You will receive helpful, practical, and Biblical teaching to help you in your journey.
A Support Group with Focus - after viewing the DVD, GriefShare participants spend time as a support group, discussing what was presented in the video, and what is going on in the lives of the group members. This time allows you to connect with others and provide support during your time of transition. Discussions are kept confidential within the group.
Topics include:
Is This Normal?
The Journey of Grief
Grief and Your Relationships
Guilt and Anger
Complicating Factors
What Do I Live for Now?
